Register A Child

How do I get my child on The Golden Fund for Autism website?

1) Submit the following information via facsimile or U.S. Mail: - Copy of your 2008 Federal Tax Returns (including all schedules); - Documentation supporting your child's Autism diagnosis; - A narrative of your child's journey including diagnosis, treatments exposed to, behavioral or other concerns; - Contact information (phone numbers, mailing address, e-mail address);

The above information should either be faxed to:

2) Send, via email, 3 or more digital pictures of your child, along with his/her story to be featured on our website under the Sponsor a Child page. Send your pictures and story to admin@goldenfundautism.org (Note: your story may be different from the narrative submitted with your application and will be featured on the website for all to see).


3) You will be notified if your application has been accepted, when your child's photo and story are posted on the website and, when you are ready to start receiving donations.
